Because he’s a director, and this is a common trend in movie advertisements? Not a fan of Roth, but sometimes it’s just not that deep. If it were about that, wouldn’t you see Roth refusing to praise the film due to Maslany’s presence?

There’s a quote about the radicalization of the German people. Essentially, they had always harboured those beliefs, but fear that the Jewish population would overrun the Aryan population (far less Jewish men died in WWI) forced them to “go all the way.” This happened here.

Schumer has remained strong, so idk why this isn’t being directed at Angus King, Mark Kelly, Elissa Slotkin, Gary Peters, etc.

Also, given that the literal topic that I was discussing was a discrepancy on TikTok in awareness and coverage between Gaza and other atrocities, yes, it is completely relevant to discuss those other atrocities, as the entire argument is comparative in nature.

You want me to describe the brutality of the Israeli government? Cool, I have no issue with that. I have no issue with people attacking the government for their blatant war crimes. My issue is when they completely ignore comparable situations. I’m going to question why there is a different standard.

You can talk about whataboutism, but appealing to inconsistent premises is also a logical fallacy. I am asking why, with three crimes against humanity, one gets massive outrage from people, and the other two get nothing close to comparable coverage. That is a valid question.

For me, it’s that researching my subject has been my life’s blood for over half of my life. I’m twenty-six.
November 8, 2025 at 11:07 PM
Researching my subject is the thing that keeps me going in life, I could care less how much I make (effectively, $17k), because if I were working a corporate job that made good money, I would end it. But, then again, I also have autism.

Our brains simply didn't evolve to handle perfect visual deceptions, and I'm not convinced we can meaningfully adapt culturally to universal access to a machine that pumps out convincing video lies tailored to any specification, instantly shareable with everyone on the planet.

It’s literally just that she believes the Epstein list will “expose” Jewish people. Like, her refusing to vote for defence spending for Israel and Epstein isn’t her being compassionate. The thoroughline is Jewish people, whom she historically hates.

The only semi-valid argument is that doubling the workforce decreased bargaining power, but the answer is really just making women feel assured in their work and ability to ask for raises. But I suspect it’s more of a “Gen Z boss and a mini!” Culture war take.
