The reaction to the Panorama edit has been nothing short of hysterical. Yes the BBC has some impartiality problems. But its biggest isn't the one you think.

New piece from me.

Trump and his cronies have the BBC in their sights. Leaders can’t stay silent while one of our great institutions is attacked.

We must defend its independence, end political appointments, and remove Robbie Gibb from the Board.

Interesting Panorama documentary on BBC about Trump and the Palantir founder Peter Thiel.

A very politically connected tech billionaire in the US and here in the UK.

Here’s my latest report for @bylinetimes.bsky.social on Thiel’s ties to the previous UK government

🚨 Harmful chemicals from waste incineration found in French schools 🚨

Waste incineration is neither safe nor sustainable, putting human health & the environment at risk. These findings are yet more evidence of that.

It’s time to make waste incineration a thing of the past.

As leaders, we must stand together and make clear Musk will face serious consequences for these actions.

Matt Hancock has repeatedly refused to explain to the Inquiry what 'protection' he was referring to when he described a 'protective ring' around Care Homes.

The truth is, there was no protective ring.

Care home residents and staff were abandoned, with deadly consequences.

When you are being asked about the lie regarding the "protective ring" resulting in the deaths of thousands of care home residents, it's not a good look to attack their bereaved families.

I look forward to you recanting the statement and issuing us all an apology
