I have been actively involved in protest movements for 24 years. I have never seen anything approaching this scale. Minneapolis is not accepting what's happening here. ICE fucking murdered a woman for participating in this, and all that did is bring out more people, from more walks of life.

It’s all the same problem: Big news outlets don’t have reporters in rural communities and we can’t afford to keep newspapers, and STILL 30% of my neighbors don’t have internet access out there.
I’m in a city now and the local paper makes a massive difference.

the “Don’t vote, that’s how they getcha” ads and “Hillary hates Black men” ads in rural Texas were so wild; the English and images were clearly foreign!

100% same situation for border communities and rural folks. Our social media, ads, and messages from state/ntl leaders is blanketed with lies. prople have responsibilities but it is a mire.
