I had previously cleaned out my FB profile and deleted my Threads and Insta account. I had kept the FB account open just in case I needed to DM people or use marketplace but this tipped me over the edge. As of this morning I’m now 100% off FB / Meta.
A reminder on integrity. This is straight up false, and the reporter played along. The data was taken, Facebook buried its own audit, it’s still fighting lawsuits, he and the board are actively being deposed, and the “concluded” investigations were due to ~$6B in settlements.
