Was… was that… was that the best firework show at the Space Needle? 🤯🤯🤯 I actually loved how the fog accentuated the lights, and then hid the Needle to let the fireworks shine.

This is of course ignoring the yearly tradition of absolute amateurish camera work from King5. 🙄

December plays! Boo to anyone who thinks that an Advent calendar is only one play. A play a day is the way! #bgstats

Ok so the Exit: Advent Calendar had its ups and downs, but dang it ended with a bang!!! Very happy about its last few puzzles and its conclusion. 😁🎅🎄🛷

Now this is how you have a good start to Advent. 😊

Once again reminded that Asmodee’s version of Mysterium is so over-wrought to just not be fun. Rules and components get in the way of a really fun game.

November games, including Messen convention. Definitely some heavier games played last month.

I get to move on tracks, left and right. Guess which way I get to move each of them!!! 😡

Heaven forbid we just use + and - for movement on a linear track.

Was able to teach Galactic Cruise tonight to cap a month of pretty good games!

August plays. Only 1 win in Fate of the Fellowship, which turns out to be a much different to the other Pandemic system games. And so much fun bringing back out Elysium and Deus which are classics now.

The Fountain from The Op. Very interesting little game. Kinda like Number 9, but scoring different elements. Note that I didn’t build up as much as others.

July plays! Rediscovered the wonder of Deus. It’s so good!! And Murder at the Movie Theater was a great investigation game that @melissaneikirk.bsky.social got us as a birthday gift. 😁

Well after downloading the new Ark Nova app a few weeks ago, I just finished my 50th game on it. Most of these are against the Challenges which are so much fun.

June games! Duck and Cover is REALLY good. Perfect little game on game night. Oh, and Ark Nova app on iOS is too convenient. This doesn’t show all my solo games on it, which would be… a lot! 😅

The underlying narrative was some epic games of Ark Nova with @melissaneikirk.bsky.social.

LotR TTG is so dang good. It’s really holding up month after month.

Shout out to Quicksand for not being too rough of a real-time, dex game for me. 😅

Maybe the best video highlighting the important of recognizing the dangers of AI and intentionally curating our information. What are we prioritizing, speed/convenience or community/intelligence?

I love board games. My favorite is when people put meat and cheese on a board. Maybe some crackers and fruit.

I'm really good at that one.
