I think we just saw how law prof warren dealt with unprepared 1Ls.
On CNBC today, Elizabeth Warren had to explain to anchor Sara Eisen that Congress can in fact take away Trump's tariffs authority, and also that America is not ruled by a king who can make laws by decree.
