We need to get more inventive with the common names of some animals because while grabbing moths to drawn designs from for adopts, 4 of them were fucking Tiger Moths. AND THEY ALL LOOKED WILDLY DIFFERENT!

So the external HDD I've been using for the past few years to hold all my art files, has given me a 'driver error' notif on my surface pro. My files are still intact, but given I've dropped it more than most would trust, I should probably change ASAP. Thus, the goal has changed to smth more urgent.

This right here. I love my art friends and art community, but I'm also trying to run a business as a freelancer/selling products and I need the reach! Every time we scatter to different platforms it's a little harder to exist as a working artist whose primary visibility is only online.

As much as folks might not want to believe it, artists who sell their work cannot survive exclusively on platforms that cater to primarily other artists. The Circulating The Same Five Dollars™️ model can't feed us or pay bills for long. We need places where we can be seen and discovered.

This person has told me they would have their payment within a week. The week time limit was up yesterday, so I messaged them asking for something, anything. Since taking on the trade and adding an entire evo for the design, it has been a Month. I haven't even seen a SKETCH.
