Trans people need to be careful about talking about DIY. Yes talk about it in the general sense, quote the facts and figures but be careful. Don't give away sources to cis folks. Don't talk to journalists about the details. They're coming for it.

A lot of journalists are writing stories about DIY now and I don't trust any of them not to scaremonger about it to build support for crackdowns. I've refused requests for interviews on this. Do not talk to the media about DIY.

It's a consequence of how we think in binary hierarchies, men versus women, and thats not grounded in reality. Sex falls along a spectrum with a bimodal distribution, so it follows that there is no superiority because the discrete categories don't exist.
Andrea Dworkin pointed out the irony of being told men are women's natural protectors, when they are the biggest danger. Whether women are put on a pedestal or a pyre, it's the same old patriarchy. Men & women are not different species, men are not naturally superior to women.
