We've been on like a 5+ year campaign to try and convince the boss types to let us install Linux on our laptops but, ironically, they tout "security" as the reason we can't. Meantime in the usability department...

You can make these from a couple feet of romex and about fifteen dollars worth of stuff from the hardwork store. Bear in mind, the only allowed use for these is to leave them on the desk of the plant safety manager on the first day of the fourth month of the year.
