I think more than anything what is so exhausting from this is maybe not the murder itself because we knew it would happen sooner or later, but it’s the incessant lying.
And the people that support the lies.

And I think this is why she died, as a 69 year-old woman who has lived in this country, all my life, I would’ve assumed that I could turn the wheel and get away from these men because they’re not police, and we’ve never lived in a dystopian tyrannical nightmare before and it is unfamiliar to us.
We should be ashamed and embarrassed to be a society in which people will willingingly, actively, point a loaded gun in the face of a fellow citizen.
A free society should be one where government employees don't put a gun to your face when you're exercising a core tenet of said society: free speech
