A big self-seeded Borage popped up this year 💙
It's far better than any I grew myself, it's grown huge and is still flowering now 💙
I'm getting more and more convinced that direct sowing and just scattering seeds about is the way to go 😂

Robins are sometimes known as guardians of cemeteries. Due to their fearless nature and presence around graves, robins are sometimes believed to be waiting for the souls of the deceased to accompany them on their journey to the afterlife.

The Leckwith Droves committee is now calling for compensation, rent relief, or soil replacement for tenants whose plots have been destroyed and to remedy the damage that has been done on the site.

There's a lovely large flock of Jackdaws and Rooks in the village and every evening they have a fly round before they decide where to roost for the night 🖤
If I'm awake I sometimes see them do the same thing early in the morning just before dawn 🖤
I do love the corvids 😊
