Had to cancel in person meeting with my #casemanager who is good at helping me get stuff done but has anxiety about illness/crisis boundaries. I think she’s burnt out. I’d rather skip a ☎️ call where I’m told we should keep it brief - using my condition as an excuse- when it is clear it’s her issues.

Did an #MRI of my brain for #bipolar research. Just as keen to listen to tones & patterns that harken a bit to #SteveReich & maybe making some art from the images as they’re giving me a copy. Would have had fun w/ #EEG too. #science #rocks #enablestudy #canbindstudy 🧠🎶🎨
