Firefox in particular is a non-default browser that is almost exclusively used by power users.

Also Dash's assessment of the popularity of ChatGPT is from similarweb, specifically this table- top 10 in the US. It's top 5 globally, so this is absolutely the chart he's using. Bing laps it.

This would be a really compelling argument, except that Dash uses specifically "in the US" as the metric- which suggests that the data is this, coming from Similarweb. Here's the websites that are more popular, in the US, than ChatGPT. Bing has nearly double its traffic.

How about this- if Firefox is going to put a new AI feature in, it should ask permission, every time, for every single new feature it wants to enable, if that feature is going to interfere with or pull data from something that the user already knows about? Instead of whatever this is.

Found where they got the missing stat from- there's a bunch of 82% values in there and I'm guessing that number just became overweighted in the analysis

Ya know, if I was writing the paper defining the premier spreadsheet benchmarking testing system for "vibe work" - SpreadsheetBench- I would probably not use Comic Sans in my example output, and I would definitely make a bigger deal out of the fact that the AI just kinda guesses at the cells
