I’m curious why this was a question in the first place. It’s established law. It’s easy for people to understand “don’t kill people stranded in the ocean”. And there is FAMOUS historical precedent with Heinz-Wilhelm Eck. It’s easy for the low-info types to understand that it’s wrong.

One of the issues today was being outdoors. Only real outdoor game left is at Seattle in December. But this showed the importance of playing playoff games in the warm friendly confines of So-Fi

Agree that it's a debasement of academic standards, but a minor correction: the instructor who was put on administrative leave is a graduate student, not a professor.
In some ways this is worse. This one incident could derail their academic career before it even starts.

The Falcons game has been the only bright spot for me since Thanksgiving.

No it's not. But with the race for the top in the NFC it only makes the margins that much tighter to give up a win in a game you should have won. Beat the Panthers and you can eat a loss to Det or Seattle. Now those likely become must wins (for the top seed)

Rams had been KILLING IT in the redzone. A tip pass INT and the pick 6 completely changed the game. And Rams were still looking to over come a -2 TO differential....until the 3rd turnover

They did literally EVERYTHING wrong that was required to get upset. Turnovers. Not executing in the redzone (due to turnovers). No pass rush. No run D. Giving up explosives in the passing game (on 4th downs)
