David Zaslav, like so many other execs in creative industries and beyond, can’t imagine that something can be thriving and essential if it’s not growing exponentially forever.
HBO has declined to renew “Sesame Street” for new episodes. The series that’s been teaching generations of little kids since 1969 now has no studio.
