back to playing squeezer again, it's really the only weapon i truly enjoy playing. if i find the motivation i want to try to push it to its limit

There's not a single Splatoon TO whos extrinsically motivated to do this, btw. No one is making a living off this, we are not "professionals", we're humans who put our own time, effort, and resources into making this work.

The only thing I will say:

I could not do what TOs do for Splatoon.

Volunteering your own time with the risk of being harassed and/or discriminated against is mind boggling to me. I don’t know how they do it but when they do leave, as we have seen many great people leave, I understand why.

My quitting from TOing Splatoon, while unrelated to recent events, can be summarized to this tweet.

I tried to do my best for the players and all I got was emotional manipulation and harassment for literal years. Some people really consider themselves entitled and have 0 respect.

This segment felt yucky to read, as a victim of sexual and emotional abuse myself. Emotional abuse is something that is not obvious in the moment but will come out later as you deal with the trauma response healing process. This segment felt unnecessary.

So E-liter just won Area Cup in 2025 and S-BLAST along with Slosher are running the game the past 6 months even with 3rd kits. Is it time for some nerfs? (not to Liter, that is a map issue)
