My wife told me that I should bite the bullet and learn how to play #battletech alpha strike. She knows just enough about BT to know that AS is the only way I'll get to play games in my area this winter... I love my wife

I'm listening to a boss battle play list and the theme to Left4Dead comes up and I have a physical reaction. I get the feeling that I should be looking everywhere for something before I even realize that it's the music causing the reaction

Here are my finished quads. I really like what I was able to do with the Goliath and the kitbashed Tarantula. The smaller two will be for a Hotspots campaign, with the goal of getting enough CBills to buy the Goliath.

Nothing is better than getting a crit in d&d and then rolling max damage on all your dice! Taking out the session's bbeg was sweet icing on the cake.

I just finished The Wolf and The Spider. It is such a cheesy, 80s inspired story of the early adventures of Battletech's Wolf's Dragoons. It even includes two Mech and one skirmish scenarios.

A quarter century ago, I was in an office in Frankfort, Germany waiting to see if the world was going to blow up. A year of code reviews and testing and planning resulted in a big nothing burger. I know the Y2K effort prevented alot of bad things from happening, I hope we keep these lessons for 2032

I think I got it and many others in the Humble Bundle from a few years back. Like I said, interesting, but it was an early effort. I would like to see the book from the alt universe where Weiss and Hickman wrote the it instead.

I also finished 'The Sword and the Dagger,' the second #battletech novel published. It was a fun read, a little odd, but enjoyable. Now on to the Grey Death Legion Saga.
