Study bodily fluids! Stuff like cum, pre, sweat, tears, they all have different viscosities, ways of traveling, clarity, and lighting treatments and being able to do those well is a great asset. Also you don't want your character to look like they're crying jizz.

And then, tried to keep paying the now 12x more productive workers the same wages as before.
That's it, that was the problem luddites had. Not complex.
