So Threads suspended me without telling me what the “violation” was. Considering all I do is post pictures of my cats and read and “like”posts from journalists, I find this beyond distressing.

ICE has NO LEGAL AUTHORITY to prevent members of Congress visiting facilities to exercise oversight. There’s isn’t even a requirement to give prior notice of a visit.

So it begins. Prominent citizens arrested, for freedom of speech & acting in compliance with the law, under false pretext of opposing Trump agenda. Nowhere more strongly does this show fascism in action. Trump lost all boundaries. Going full Hitler. No pretense of sanity . He needs to be removed.

Has there been a case of violent retaliation against ICE agents or members of their families?
MAGA claims it's to protect ICE agents and their families from retaliation. Here's a 2013 photo of unmasked FBI agents arresting 30 alleged mobsters in a mafia raid, including 'Papa Smurf', 'Uncle Sonny' and 'Big Bill', who apparently are less scary than <checks notes> Newark's current Mayor.

Quick point. Congress can use the spending fight in September (remember Chuck Schumer surrendered till then) to prevent a single dollar from being used to house prisoners in El Salvador.
