We’re looking at two houses tomorrow. That’s how serious we are on leaving this ramshackle house when our lease is up. It has been 6 weeks since we emailed our landlord, and received ZERO response.

Our lease is up in June. We emailed our landlord over a month ago asking what the renewal increase would be and we have heard NOTHING. So, we’re looking elsewhere and weighing different options. A few promising ideas, but we’ll see.

Getting gaslit by an HR department, only for me to prove the call never happened by pulling my phone records was unreal. The fact they were so adamant it happened and I could not remember the convo had me questioning my sanity. The phone records don’t lie. The rep did.
