Ok I think we’ve hit peak hack writing with this one. This is Sixshot (yeah I don’t get it either), Laserwave’s recolored but otherwise identical younger brother who was ALSO in prison that wasn’t mentioned until now who wants vengeance on Grand for supposedly killing his brother (he didn’t)
