It’s also infuriating that the NHS’ response is “we’ve commissioned another review.” Oh yeah, another review by cis people is it? Should I take the review sublingually or inject it? Just give us informed consent like we’ve been saying for decades!

Got a really nice email from my manager after I sent a message yesterday evening about how I’ve been struggling with depression and anxiety at work (esp. after some disability nonsense). Feeling like next week we might be able to come up with something better than whatever this is now.
