Chocolate keeps me up all night - as in is more powerful than even double my usual cocktail of OTC + prescription night sedatives - so I try not to have any past about 1pm. Thing is, I don't remember in time so most days I am just very careful to avoid any chocolate at all. Whee! 🤣🤣🤣

My "Cookies" flavor overnight oats I had at 4pm - and incidently shook all over myself AND the wall so I didn't even EAT all of it - kept me up past 5am this morning.

I *saw* that it had cocoa, but I was like... how much could have?

FAM, IT WAS ENOUGH.

Ah yes, Sir Kensingtons: Better than nothing! 🤣🤣🤣 I wish I liked and or could tolerate more kinds of oil. Jim has been making me canola oil mayo but we don't have any preservatives so it goes foul in about 2 weeks and to me that is the BLINK OF AN EYE.

Maybe the answer is buy preservatives 🤣💪

The Google says I need to drink some Gatorade and eat a protein bar after to avoid the brain fog but every flipping protein bar has either chocolate or soy or honey or maltitol and I don't wanna stay up all night or get hives OR SHIT MY PANTS 🤣🤣🤣
