How is this not a taking equivalent to eminent domain? Seems to me a winning lawsuit against the government.
Sabrina Carpenter is a very wealthy and savvy young woman. She will definitely be getting excellent legal counsel about suing Trump and his entire Administration! I hope she makes them SQUIRM and think twice before using Artist’s intellectual property without permission! I freaking despise them.
