The one thing I lowkey hate about owning cats (despite being someone who has raised neonatals before and is a giant pushover for cats)— they’re not solitary at all from my experience.

Y’all need to leave the ‘Art styles I hate’ and other comments like that in the past. Stop ‘remaking’ people’s art unprovoked. Stop bullying younger artists, and I PROMISE you, we’ll see less people turn to GenAI.
If you make being a beginner a humiliation ritual, hell, I would’ve given up too!

Artists in this day and age are so respectable..
Even if you're a beginner and just starting, even if all you can manage are stick figures; you already possess so much more artistic integrity than those who turn to using AI.
I think as a community we should encourage beginner artists more.

I saw a post that said bsky is very white, and I would like to remind everybody that your feeds are based on your community!
Time zones play a big role, so in my case, the vast majority of content I see is actually from Asians, and then a little from Europeans just due to active periods.
