ever since I learned about three-cueing I've developed infinitely more patience for replies on social media. mfers literally do not know how to read. people are walking around conjuring random meanings into words they don't know, and they don't know a lot of words. it's crazy

This feels right to me. In the olden times video games were toys, Ninja Turtles action figures occupied the same play space as their game cartridges. Now that games are their own inherent play spaces, there's almost this full circle effect where you add characters in as virtual action figures.
Ignoring the money vortex app Tapped Out, there hasn’t been a proper Simpsons game in 18 years! But in 2025 there aren’t full licensed games anymore, so instead you get a massive season of Fortnite with piecemeal content that’ll cost way more than a $60 game. Simpsons isn’t half assing the crossover
