I'm already wondering if this is the same Board or a different Board. My guess is the same Board but pulling forward an older Service Weapon. I'd always suspected that The Board was more ancient and engaged with humanity for a long time. This Sword/Spear looks in like with that!
As the world's biggest CONTROL fan I have so many theories already. We know The Board isn't to be trusted after The Foundation DLC and Dylan be interacting with some other dimensional entity that's misleading him (again). Also, why are the Hiss still seemingly so prevalent? New resonance entity?
