Liverpool FC, been going to games since 1960s. Love Sci-Fi, fantasy, particularly Tolkien. Dogs.. pics please.. Cats.. also pics please. I like independent thinkers with a socialist inclusive outlook. Kindness matters, folks
Inter player went down holding his face when no contact. Inter player went down without any contact. Inter player fouled Jones and got the foul. Inter got away with so much. .. justice was done

Don't be silly. Even if he hadn't gone down it's a penalty. Pulling an opponent's shirt to impede is a foul. A foul in the penalty are is a..?

Did the defender pull Wirtz' shirt? Did he impede Wirtz from moving towards the ball? Is there an Italian player living or dead who would not have gone down?

For me the ref gave benefit to Inter. Ball didn't contact below t shirt line. Goal

Think the issue in the end was were on the arm

Don't think Endo travelled

He would be on bench if Joe was fully fit and Leoni available. But it gives manager an opportunity to let Ibou sort himself out. Interesting that Slot chose to comment on Ibou.

The players. Coaches can guide. Players have to get a grip.

If Konate can be corrected and the mf smarten up to win 2nd balls .. we get on front foot before low block can set. These are two of the main issues for me.. and nothing to do with a 'lost dressing room'

Then you have to look at opposition tactics. Huge increase in high balls into Ibou's area. Often a minimal challenge on him as opposition gather to collect his header. Time and again this works. Leaves Ibou and Virg high up the pitch, our mf already behind the play.

Konate's head looks like it's been turned.. so many brain farts. Virg isn't so quick now and can't cover for him. Unavailability of RB Ali injury and Kerkez being new increase the pressure on Virg. Imo this is root cause of drop off

You lost the argument when you changed your name

Well i'm old skool and prefer not to sack league winning coaches at the drop of a hat. Especially when one of his players died during pre season

If referees, assistants and var were subject to interview post match we would see improvement. They are well paid but not scrutinised
December 8, 2025 at 1:41 AM
Var is failing for this reason.. and group bias.. Webb being ex S Yorks Police and so many Manchester origin refs claiming to support teams like Droylsden. Sus

Tomkins Times is good source for this

Whereabouts are you
December 7, 2025 at 11:35 PM
The refs have been shocking with low block tactics too.. the foul counts are ridiculous, and defenders lying down to get play stopped.. at least 4 times v Sunderland
December 7, 2025 at 11:35 PM
Not sure.. no full backs led to Szobo at RB. It worked so was reasonable to repeat even when Joe was available. I really think the issue of availability is being ignored. If city arsenal etc have absences it's all you hear about.

Virg looks like he's micro managing Ibou. Looks like it's necessary right now. I think the reason Ibou might be restrained is the lack of options. When confidence is low, players don't show
