I have been through hell the past month. My house in OKC hasn’t had 1 single person come and check it out. A broker offered us 20k less than we paid and 50k less than what it’s worth.
So I am trying to refinance this house so we have lower payments and can rent it out and basically break even.

Government shutdown is affecting all industries- trying to relocate and I have so many saves on my house. No showings. So now I have to look into a bridge loan, which is something I didn’t wanna do. Was offered less than we paid for for the house from a broker, but we’re trying to not take a loss

We were wanting to move to DC area, but with what’s going on, the jobs that I was looking at have literally gone away. They are preparing for bad few years. I’m so sad because I’m in Oklahoma and really wanted to move to DC area like sliver springs Maryland or Alexandria Virginia.
