I was gonna call this workshop “prioritizing with ADHD”. But the truth is, you already know how to prioritize better than you think. It’s more specific issue with ADHD that are related to dopamine, perfectionism, and rejection sensitivity. So we’ll tackle those things specifically

A side effect of being told we’re wrong all the time growing up (hello neurodivergence, hello religious trauma, hello perfectionist parents) is overcompensate for our level of “rightness” always asking the outside world “am i doing it right? Am I valuing the right things?”

“Ppl who have sufficient tonic dopamine release thru out the day”
Don’t measure your value by things you weren’t designed to be.
You were never meant to be graded based on those characteristics

Writing is just a way to think your thoughts out loud quietly. It’s some kind of in between of external and internal processing
1. Internal: no audience. Doesn’t have to be shared. Doesn’t have to be finalized.
2. External: slows your thoughts down so they are only as fast as you can write.
