He ended and/or harmed women's careers in comedy due to what he did. He used his power in the comedy industry to inflict that harm.
Just because other people are worse doesn't mean we should just be cool with him continuing to exist in the exact position he used to take advantage of people.

I just stayed up until 5am painting landscapes for @talesunwritten.com and compositing them in Blender using my own limited, human skillset.
I'm not even that great a painter, but I certainly feel good about it when folks like this act like it's impossible for mere mortals.
