Sometimes I just wish I could have all my chicks back under my wing where I can keep them sheltered and safe but then I remember that God’s wings are bigger and his shelter more secure. Parenting adult children is probably one of the greatest tests of faith I’ve ever had to go through though. #iykyk

Well we were cozy… until Casey, definitely the most passive aggressive of my felines, decided to stand on the dog until he moved, thereby securing a better position against my side that didn’t require him to sniff dog farts all night. For that last reason, I’m not disappointed in the development.

Hubby and I are laying here in bed with the dog and two of our cats between us, snuggled up to me in the “den” that is our bed. I love it so much. At least until I’m ready to actually sleep.

I am already loving the amount of cats I’m seeing on my feed so here are our babies. Ginny is our calico, Casey is the gorgeous gray and white, and Luke and Leia are my striped Jedi twins. They make my heart happy. #cats
