Greed of the promotors & ticket selling companies I believe. I doubt the artists, see much of that ticket price, I could wrong but doubt it.

I paid (well my ex got me to pay) £95 per ticket back in Nov 2009.
They were for near the back & they were bloody awful!
One of the reasons she's my ex too! 🤣

Yes on several, I look on Twickets usually closer to the date.
I'd rather spend money on newer artists, see more of them for the price of one inflated big concert.

Some good points in here (and not just in a “it was cheaper in my day” way)

My own recent cut-off point was £200 a ticket for David Byrne (which I would ah e loved to see but…that’s ridiculous).
