It seems clear—I think to everyone, now—that a false and illegal invocation of the Insurrection Act is coming before the end of the year. Media outlets should be telling us how they will prepare for this potential Treason. State governments should be telling us. Activists should be developing plans.

The people who will support & cheer these behaviors are, I guarantee, the ones bitching about "kids these days" not "respecting their parents/elders", AND THEN turning around and acting like Pam here any time a teacher, etc. dares to give their own child consequences.

He just accidentally summed up the GOP's philosophy: "For the most part we'll take care of our people, and there are some people who really don't deserve to be taken care of, and we'll take care of them in a different way." I dont want FACTS, I want an absolutely equal 1:1 Democrat:Republican ratio. Each person states their fact or their opinion, the other has to nod, then they hug & we call it a day. Failing that, let a right winger punch a lefty over & over while we make the lefty say, "Fair point." Either way.
