In the last year or so I've had issues with Dead Space 2 (wouldn't run without a fan patch, and even with that patch there were issues), Fallout (frequent crashes and occasional gameplay bugs), Zeno Clash (framerate was constantly juddering), and now Velocity 2X (frequent crashes)

My avatar, incidentally, is from Shin Megami Tensei II, a Super Famicom game that has never been released outside Japan. There's been an unofficial translation by a group called Aeon Genesis for like 20 years though.

Just to make things more confusing, there's a game called "Tales of Eternia" that was released in North America as "Tales of Destiny II", but also a different game called "Tales of Destiny 2" that's never gotten released outside Japan!
