Since ancient times, corrupt leaders have perverted scripture for their own enrichment. They have changed the words in the book, but they can not destroy The Word. Resist oppression. Protect the vulnerable. Welcome the stranger. Tear down wicked kings.

Yesterday was quite a day. A wealthy, well connected right wingnut assassinated an elected official. No Kings protests were attended by millions. The bleachers at the dictator parade were half empty. Our proxy wars are escalating. Marines occupy U.S. civilian land. 1 Samuel 8:18.
