idk about starting so early, but since many "gifted" kids have other neurodivergencies too, it would benefit them to have instructors specialized in those kinds of exceptions

starting in grade 4 for me was scary, but overall it gave me the intellectual challenge i needed compared to the norm

The latest presidential hysteria reminds me of a favourite English-language fact: the word “escalate” didn’t exist until years after the escalator had been invented —it’s a reference to the newfangled thing.
