RCT comparing 12 weeks of aerobic training versus playing football in older adult men.

It used to be, because swimming is still very largely a sport off teenagers and those up to 25 but the trend is upwards, with Olympic champions of 27 and into early 30s, all distances no longer 'all but unheard of'. Worth noting: Jordan hasn't retired; its a 'see ya'; likely, we'll see him again

This is absolutely brilliant - it's a miserable sign of the times that when I see stuff like this, I really do wonder what affect it has (if it has any affect at all) on the people who need to engage with it the most
