This is more like it. Starting to experiment with production, different instrumentation, and some heartbreaking lyrics. Not surprising that Pet Sounds would soon follow. #SundayMorningMusic

Having a Beach Boys morning. I love Pet Sounds, of course, but there’s a bunch of other albums around that time I’ve never dug into. All with a luscious Sunday morning sound. #SundayMorningMusic

You've just got love Google's AI tool. I asked it what film the line 'Talk to the hand' is from. It tells me: "The movie you're likely thinking of is Talk to Me (2022), a popular Australian supernatural horror film".

It's from Terminator 3.

I compliment a chap on his browsing skills as he holds a toddler in one arm and searches through my stock with the other. He explains that it was the only basis on which his wife would allow him to be here #sellingvinyl

A girl (7?) comes over and starts looking through one of my boxes. Her dad comes over and looks at the box. "It won't be in the Folk box, darling. Trying looking under 'T'".
"Um," I interject. "It's more likely to be under 'S'. But I don't have any, sorry". #sellingvinyl

Excited to see that Madness and Squeeze are touring.

Except it's an arena tour. Which means they won't be coming to Bristol. Because we STILL don't have an arena. FFS.

Surely the one area that things are not used based on whether they are 'all the rage' is Christmas decorations. You get the boxes down from the loft and within 2 hours everything looks exactly the same as it has for the past twenty five years. That's the point!

Why do English TV bother with Australian commentators for the Ashes. Duckett gets one that bounces 1/3 of its expected height, and Gillespie says he can consider himself “just a fraction unlucky.”

Inventing words like ‘financialize’ is just one of the reasons why America is no longer taking seriously by the rest of the world

I've got an original copy What's The Story by Oasis, which is two discs. Chap tells me about his 28 yr old nephew who bought a new copy. Played it, told his Dad he wasn't impressed with the vinyl copy, as it only had half the tracks. #sellingvinyl
