Just for context, the Minneapolis-St.Paul Metropolitan area is not in the top 10 for the immigrant population size or violent crime rate. ICE is the administration's substitute for the National Guard. The Fed's want control of the MSP.

US home prices have greatly outpaced incomes: in 2024, the price-to-income ratio hit 5, well above the ratio of 3 that has traditionally been considered affordable. As prices rose, existing home sales dropped to a 30-year low.

We've already built more housing than any administration in 20 years — affordable and at market rate.

By turning empty office buildings into affordable housing, we're producing almost 1,300 new homes, and almost 1/4 of them will be affordable to low-income residents.

Today's chore - planting 50 Eastern White and Red pine seedlings in our woods. Planted Norway Spruce last summer. Goal is to diversify the woods by adding evergreens and native trees. The majority of trees are Elm and Hackberry. Certain Juneau will be helping. #Satuday #Chores #diy #gardening
