Govt says it's not releasing Mahmoud Khalil. Judge Farbiarz only barred govt from detaining Khalil based on Rubio's "foreign policy" determination. While judge said it was "unlikely" govt would try to detain him based on claim of inaccuracy on his LPR application, he didn't bar it.
