Columbia University is complicit in the illegal detainment of Mahmoud Kahlil, and they are showing their true colors yet again by expelling and firing UAW 2710 president Grant Miner.

This is cowardice.

Alberto Lovo Rojas has a legal work permit and a family in Spokane. He’s been detained.

This is a cruel attempt from the Trump administration to deport a hardworking, law-abiding Washingtonian who's contributing to his community and our economy.

Living in rural America can be a real mindf*ck if you’re a liberal, but there’s so many hobby chicken flocks that they sell local eggs at the co-op, so I can’t put political stickers on my car, but I’m rollin’ in organic free range eggs.

Argued with my PCP for a solid 10 minutes today to get him to order a heart monitor test for me, because while 2 family members have gotten pacemakers this year, they don’t want to do a test until I’m symptomatic. The “symptom” my family members had was their ❤️s stopping.

1/2 way to campus today:

Me: “Is today just a class holiday?”
Husband: “I think it’s an everyone holiday”
M: “Why are we going to work then?”
H: IDK
M: *U-turn*

Our dogs are super confused, and I need a new distraction from the event-that-shall-not-be-named

Hegseth on impregnating his third wife, while married to the second, with whom he cheated on the first:

"I am not a perfect person"

Yeah, dude. We know.

Perfection isn't actually required here. Just, you know, not cheating on the spouse whom you vowed to not cheat on

Extending Trump's tax plan would overwhelmingly benefit the wealthy. The top 0.1% would get average tax breaks of around $314,000. And you know how Republicans in Congress are talking about paying for this? By cutting health care services like Medicaid.

Just got the reviews back on the last paper I submitted. Haven’t opened it yet, because once it’s open I have to acknowledge the reality of it. I prefer letting it be Schrodingers peer review for at least a few hours. . . . Maybe days?
