8-4 Iowa beating 10-2 Vandy brought the Big Ten bowl record to 7-1 and the SEC’s to 2-5. Ouch.

It’s like everyone being able to pay players has wiped out the SEC advantage.

@boostblue.bsky.social So, I know multi-account support was added in 2.7 but it doesn’t really work for me. I can switch from one account to another, but I can’t switch back. If I tap the “settings” icon when I’ve switched, I just get a blank screen.

Well that was a surprise. Missing that FG would have been the most Falcons thing ever.

I’m not a homophobe or anything but could Chris Collinsworth please wait until AFTER the game—when the mics are off—to fellate the Chiefs?

Maybe Notre Dame would have made the playoff if they actually played in a conference. Seems like the ACC would have been pretty winnable.

The #Texans seem destined to play in ugly games. The defense is so good they make the opposing offense look bad, and the Texans’ offense is not exactly aesthetic. Just enough to get the job done.

And Colts fans, do not even begin to complain about officiating. Manning got ALL the calls for years.

Had a blast last night with seeing George Clinton and his great crew doing mostly old Parliament and Funkadelic songs.

I may need to acquire an envelope filter.

Today I had the pleasure of watching a professional (a tow truck driver) break into a locked car without leaving so much as a scratch. Took maybe 2 min. Fascinating process. A little more involved than the old school slim jim but still quite effective.

OK, I stand corrected. Where has THIS been all season?f #GoTexans

Forcing someone to watch the Texans’ offense against their will is, I’m pretty sure, a violation of the Geneva Convention.

There’s offensive ineptitude, and there’s whatever the Texans were doing on x and 1.

I love my Texans but they can be hard to watch.

Another huge call (or lack thereof) goes the Chiefs' way.

However, things are clearly changing—at least the announcers called it out. 2-3 years ago no way anything would have been said. Baby steps.

That was OPI when the Texans did the exact same thing yesterday. Just sayin’

@zoekeating.com

Just dropped your name in a music recommendation thread on a speaker forum. First two replies were "impressive" and "Wow - this is so good!!!!!"

Just hoping to brighten your day.

Just watched the BEAT Live blu-ray. Pretty much a religious experience. Saw the show live twice and it's captured incredibly well. The 5.1 mix is also outstanding.

Thank you @tonylevin.bsky.social

I assume you and Scooter have some kind of wager, yes?

Why would anyone pay attention to medical advice from someone who once in a press conference suggested that we try injecting bleach?

Texans are 0-3, but hey, the Colts had an off day. I mean, they still won by three touchdowns but they actually punted once! First time this season.

The Texans were the betting favorites to with the AFC South before the season started and now I can't even look.

If you're not watching Texans-Jaguars, you are missing a truly classic display of offensive ineptitude. Neither team deserves to win this one.

Halloween must be coming up, because a whole lot of Jacksonville fans showed up today dressed as empty seats...

Last week I thought Georgia Tech might be good. Now I’m kinda thinking it’s just that Clemson is bad.

Why, no, Apple devices, I do not want to install an x.0 version of the operating system.

I will vaguely consider x.0.1 but won't actually do it until AT LEAST x.0.2, so you can stop asking for a while.

You know some Gen Xer is in charge when the cutaway music is Phil Collins “Take Me Home.” Haven’t heard that one in ages.
