for the last couple of years unless i have people to share a large meal with i've been taking time off and just doing the laziest shit possible, this year i'm just doing a corned beef roast in the slowcoooker, yesterday was charcuterie. Much less stress for a day off.

Progress time. Second photo is from early August. A lot of the differences are small but namely visual fat is down a lot. My arms are a lot more toned too. This tank is so much bigger on me now.
You can kinda see a bicep peak in the 1st one but still have a bit to go.

Yeah after trying the arsenal fitness rear delt fly I have to say I think all their machines kinda just suck like that. Annoying to start a one handed full ROM thanks to the huge square seat in the way but also why do the handles just suck to grip like that.
