My cousin just sent me this picture of me with four of my younger cousins when I was 21. This is the year I thought I was too heavy for a bikini. Proud to say I finally outgrew that self-hate and rocked my bikini when I took my son to the waterpark.

What would you do if someone who is vacationing out-of-state sent you beautiful flowers for your birthday, but they kick up your asthma & allergies so bad you can barely breathe? It doesn’t help that I was already sick. But they are too pretty to throw away!

Fighting a sinus infection while on immunosuppressants is kicking my butt. Took a nap this afternoon, and woke up like this (you can see my shoulder peeking out—my head is under all the fluff.) Apparently the #puppy needed some attention.

Brought home this adorable pup from the shelter this morning and I am in love! He is snuggly, and playful, and oh so loveable.

I had a super-productive day, even though all I really wanted to do was curl up in my big, comfy chair with my Nook and about a gallon of coffee so I could enjoy the decorations for just a bit. I can't believe how quickly this month is passing by!
