Me, too—it sucks. I’ve had psoriatic arthritis since I was 14. I’m in my late 40s now. I have good meds that keep it semi-manageable most of the time, but some days are still really bad. Today, I can’t even make a fist. 😭

I change my wallpaper with the seasons, sometimes a few time per season. I don’t change ring tones anymore since I am typically on silent, but I still have a few people with their own ring tones because I haven’t changed them in so long.
