I always find it interesting how the story changes when a lawyer gets to court. They can say anything they want outside of court without accountability but the rules are vastly different in court where you can get seriously penalized for lying.

Joey Aguilar finished his eligibility at App State and then the Pavia ruling happened after the coaching change, so around 95% of App State fans are fine with Joey playing at Tennessee, myself included.
Plus, he got his App State degree in the spring virtually while at UCLA.
