Russian sabotage in the Baltic is just part of a Russian campaign (acts of war mind you) across Europe. So far the European response (and that includes the UK--this is not an EU alone failing) has been pathetic. Europe is not rising to the occasion. foreignpolicy.com/2024/12/04/r...

50 new Joint Light Tactical Vehicles (JLTV) have arrived to 🇱🇹 yesterday, fulfilling the 2019 contract with the 🇺🇸 for 200 JLTVs. A second contract signed in 2022 will bring additional 300, 🔜 in total Lithuanian Armed Forces will have 500.

Looking at wars happening now, I think it needs to be pointed out how Ukraine is doing by far the best at fighting while trying the hardest to follow the laws and conventions of war. Their efforts here are superb and a message to the world. Another reason to aid them forcefully.
