That regularity is so key...noone takes themselves to someone in any vulnerability with whom they don't have a solid relationship. Even then it is hard!

Your latest book Lisa- I did start with @talkingheadsoak.bsky.social chapter at the back given my strong association with supervision, may be unsurprisingly. I like the way you have laid it out and am looking forward to reading the rest of it.

Worth a read - @talkingheadsoak.bsky.social certainly been aware of just how much heads carry from keeping the water turned on to keeping distressed children in school.

Day offering supervision to heads and other school leaders. Management meeting with @talkingheadsoak.bsky.social and finishing off playing badminton. My badminton evening is a weekly highlight and has been for most of my life, always fun and laughter.

There has also been a growing interest in supervision for safeguarding - Lisa from @talkingheadsoak.bsky.social gave a fantastic account of supervision for DSLs and school leaders in this podcast 3/6 open.spotify.com/episode/0K5s...

Both training courses have attracted 5* (out of 5*) as being courses meeting the needs of participants to develop skills and knowledge about supervision. @talkingheadsoak.bsky.social 6/6

I have loved running this course and am looking forward to this next one. Great feedback too. The progress towards offering supervision more widely in education is really encouraging.
