There is also a 3 day Foundation training to learn to be a supervisor in your own setting/Trust. The first 2 days are in person and the 3rd, to provide the opportunity of consolidation, is online. Now booking for January 2026. @talkingheadsoak.bsky.social

I remember sharing the story of a violent encounter with a parent and I thought I was talking about this in quite a nonchalant way. It was pointed out to me by the supervisor that I was actually shaking and I was unaware of it.
